Successful completion of our SQAS assessment, and successful re-certification according to DIN EN 9001:2008 Since founding of our company in 2001 the issue of quality and safety has got a high priority. active spedition gmbh is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since May 2005. With the successfully completed SQAS Transport Assessment Service on 11 March 2011, and the simultaneous successful re-certification according to DIN EN 9001:2008, active speditions gmbh demonstrates the continuous development of their quality and safety management system.SQAS stands for Safety and Quality Assessment Systems and the underlying questionnaire with about 400 questions on topics such as quality, health, environment and safety was developed by the CEFIC (European Chemical Industry Council). SQAS is increasingly requested by our customers especially in the chemical industry.The results can be viewed on the CEFIC homepage of its members. Moving into our new office space in Unterschleissheim After the establishment of a new office in Freystadt / Nürnberg in October this year, is the active spedition gmbh collected on 19.12.2009 into their new offices in Unterschleissheim and has relocated its headquarters from Geiselgasteig to Unterschleissheim. The new office space in the Max-Planck-Strasse 8 in 85716 Unterschleissheim are perfectly adapted to our current and future needs.
New office Nürnberg – Middle East expertise On 01.10.2009 a new office will be opened by active spedition gmbh in the area of Nürnberg in Freystadt. As head of the office Mr. Gerhard Allerheiligen will lead the team in Freystadt. Support will come from Mr. Horst Neumüller and Mr. Markus Seebeck. Gerhard Allerheiligen will bring with the new collegues longterm experience in Middle East transportation and is strengthening our services especially in the field of airfreight, seafreight and special out of gauge/project transportation. With this extention of our transportation services we can offer to our clients and transport partners a complete list of transport activities to all Middle East destination countries.
New company name - Proved services and service offerings. From 01 July 2009 the active logistics & trading gmbh changes the company’s name into active spedition gmbh. The background to this was a name and trademark dispute with the freight forwarding software vendor active logistics GmbH, Herdeke. To avoid judicial proceedings with the active logistics GmbH, we have decided to rename our company into active spedition gmbh. Also in this "new design” the active spedition gmbh will of course continue to offer you the best service quality.
